Our store has been selling on N11, Trendyol and Hepsiburada marketplaces since February 29, 2020. Since that date, tens of thousands of orders have been sent to our customers smoothly and on time. If you are concerned about the site, you can shop from our stores in the marketplaces as an alternative.

You can specify your requests regarding bulk products by contacting destek@stdeta.com or Instagram stdeta page. Bulk purchases start with a minimum of 10 pieces of the same product. Pricing varies according to the quantity purchased and the desired size.

Your products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order date, depending on the density.

If you want to return the product or products you purchased, simply send it to destek@stdeta.com or send it to us via the Instagram stdeta page. The necessary action will be taken immediately.

If your product is damaged during shipping, it is sufficient to inform us via destek@stdeta.com or Instagram stdeta page. Necessary action will be taken.

If you have a design file of the product you want and this design is suitable for FDM type printers, we can make it. If there is no design file, unfortunately we cannot make special design drawings ourselves at this stage.

Yes. You can change the size and quality of the product if you wish. However, these choices cause price changes.
